After her crushing defeat at the hands of Luffy, the next time we see Alvida she is all slim and sexy thanks to the Smooth-Smooth fruit. Her 'jilted-girlfriend' personality is what inspired the bleeding hearts theme of this drink, haha.

 

The cocktail itself consists of Alize Red Passion, Tequila Rose, and fresh Strawberries. Garnished with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. :D
