One Piece Supporting Characters: Emporio Ivankov :D

 

Ivankov or 'Iva' is a member of Monkey D. Dragon's revolutionary army, as well as the Queen of Newkama Land. He and the rest of his "candy-boys" and "candy-girls" formerly inhabited level 5.5 of Impel Down, a sanctuary of sorts for condemned prisoners. Iva and Inazuma helped Luffy escape the hellish prison and traveled to Marineford to help rescue Ace.

 

Drink consists of blended raspberry vodka, razzmatazz liquor, ice, and fresh raspberries.
