This guy is serious scum. He is the cruel, ruthless marine captain who oversees his town and lords over the people with a literal iron fist. He is also Helmeppo's father. His drink consists of cognac, caramel vodka, and of course, Captain Morgan spiced rum. :D Garnished with silver rock sugar and a lemon wheel floating on top.
