The "Smoker" cocktail~! :D

Smoker is the Marine Captain who is always in hot pursuit of Luffy and his crew. As dedicated as this officer is, he does not, by any means, view the law as black and white. He has his own brand of justice and has actually helped Luffy and company out more than once.

 

His drink consist of natural vanilla ice cream, vanilla vodka, a splash of black food coloring for the gray effect, silver rock sugar, a small splash of cream rum and two small Merci bars to represent the two cigars Smoker smokes at the same time, all the time.
