One Piece Villains: Perona :D

 

I liked Perona pretty quickly, mostly due to her hilarious fight with Usopp. She is a funny and quirky character and I hate that we don't get to see more of her. Her drink consists of Tequila Rose (pink layer), white chocolate liquor (white layer), and black vodka (black layer).
